Environmental Specialist

Luster is seeking Environmental Specialists to support large, heavy civil infrastructure projects. These roles involve environmental planning, documentation, permitting, and compliance monitoring. They combine field work and office-based analysis. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a passion for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
• Natural curiosity and a passion for continuous improvement
• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, environmental science, geology, biology, ecology, environmental science, archeology, anthropology, or related field
• 5+ years of relevant work experience supporting environmental compliance on heavy civil construction or infrastructure projects
• Strong observation, documentation, and communication skills
• Proven experience and established work history of executing the environmental review process
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365
• 8+ years of relevant experience specifically in NEPA compliance
