Environmental Specialist

Luster is seeking Environmental Specialists to support large, heavy-civil infrastructure projects. These roles involve environmental planning, documentation, permitting, fieldwork (wetland delineations, habitat surveys, etc.), and technical support for projects. Positions are offered on a variety of levels and the company values diversity and inclusion.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
• Excellent collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, environmental science, geology, biology, ecology, environmental science, archeology, anthropology, or related field
• 5+ years of relevant work experience supporting environmental compliance
• Strong observation, documentation, and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365
