Designated Coordinator-$2500 HIRING BONUS

As a Designated Coordinator, you will oversee program management for homes supporting individuals with disabilities. You will provide guidance, encouragement, support, comfort, security, and safety through relationship building and advocate for each individual's health and wellness needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to Human Services
• 1 year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older
• Driver's license
• CPR certificate
• First Aid training
• Medication administration training
• Training in supervisory skills, team building, and leadership
• Bureau of Criminal Affairs (BCA) clearance
• Motor Vehicle Check (MVR) with a satisfactory driving record
