Job Description
The Designated Coordinator oversees program management for homes supporting individuals with disabilities, building relationships and promoting independence. They supervise and train Direct Support Professionals, manage finances and records, and develop positive working relationships with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a field related to Human Services
- 1 year of full-time work experience providing direct care services
- OR: Associate's degree in a field related to Human Services and 2 years of experience
- OR: Diploma in a field related to Human Services and 3 years of experience
- OR: 50 hours of education and training and 4 years of experience
