The Designated Coordinator will oversee program management for homes supporting individuals with disabilities, ensuring their health and wellness needs are met and promoting independence. The role involves supervising Direct Support Professionals, managing accounts and budgets, and developing positive working relationships with counties, families, and community organizations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a field related to Human Services
- One year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older
- Driver's license
- CPR certificate, First Aid, and medication administration training
- Bureau of Criminal Affairs (BCA) clearance
- Motor Vehicle Check (MVR) with a satisfactory driving record
