Job Description
As a Designated Coordinator, you will oversee program management for homes supporting individuals with disabilities. You will supervise, support, train, and evaluate Direct Support Professionals, manage accounts payable, payroll records, and budget monitoring, and develop positive working relationships with counties, families, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a field related to Human Services
- One year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older
- Driver's license
- CPR certificate, First Aid (when required), and medication administration training
- Training in supervisory skills, team building, and leadership
- Bureau of Criminal Affairs (BCA) clearance
- Motor Vehicle Check (MVR) with a satisfactory driving record
