Job Description
Luxury Presence is seeking a Director of Client Success to lead a team focused on ensuring client success and retention. This role involves strategy, systems, and leadership to drive measurable value for clients and the company. The Director will manage and grow a team, build scalable playbooks, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Requirements
- 10+ years in Client Success, Account Management, or related roles.
- Proven track record driving client retention, growth, and satisfaction.
- Deep understanding of customer health metrics, lifecycle management, and client segmentation.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
