Growth Marketing Manager

Luxury Presence is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to build and own their prospect nurture program, increasing email-attributed MQLs from 5% to 20% within the first year. The role requires a comprehensive email nurture program, modular nurture architecture, SMS pilot, and campaign planning cadence.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role with a focus on email, growth, or demand generation
• Expert-level copywriting skills with a strong grasp of narrative structure and persuasion
• Deep experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot strongly preferred)
• Ability to build complex workflows, triggers, and sequences independently
• Comfort using AI tools to write faster and iterate more quickly
• Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and how they integrate with nurture programs
