Requirements
- Lead the execution and diagnosis of complex, systemic, and interdepartmental failures in high-criticality machines and equipment, being the technical reference for chronic problem resolution.
- Implement and manage strategic maintenance plans (preventive, predictive, and corrective), optimizing availability, reliability, and asset life.
- Design, evaluate, and implement large improvements and modifications in equipment and processes, including technical and economic viability analysis, ensuring integration with existing systems.
- Perform and guide advanced inspections and analyses using all diagnostic tools (vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasonic, oil analysis), interpreting complex results to predict and prevent failures with high precision.
- Select, specify, and manage the acquisition of new maintenance tools and technologies, promoting team resource updating and modernization.
- Manage and optimize the entire life cycle of critical components and parts, from specification, supplier homologation, stock management, to installation and disposal, seeking the best cost-benefit ratio.
- Act as a technical leader, mentor, and knowledge multiplier for the maintenance team, developing internal training programs and capacitating other professionals.
- Analyze performance reports, maintenance KPIs, and failure history, identifying trends, developing action plans for continuous improvement, and contributing to budget elaboration for the area.
