Director, Global Equity Programs

Lyft is hiring a Director, Global Equity Programs to lead the company's equity team and global equity function. The role will oversee execution, rapid international expansion, and building critical infrastructure for global equity programs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in stock plan administration
• Experience with public companies on a global scale
• Experience with international equity plans and M&A equity integration
• CEP certification preferred
• Strong Excel skills required
• Knowledge of Workday, ADP, and the Schwab Equiview platform
• Deep knowledge of equity accounting and operating in international jurisdictions
