Job Description
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our infrastructure team responsible for shaping the future of Networking at Lyft. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager, with a technical background and experience managing Networking and/or Infrastructure teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager
- Previous experience managing Networking and/or Infrastructure teams
- Experience working on teams responsible for maintaining and operating infrastructure at a massive-scale
- Technical background and ability to contribute to planning and design discussions
- Leadership and management experience
- Experience guiding teams through planning, prioritization, and execution of work
