Engineering Manager – Production Infrastructure, Storage

We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Storage infrastructure team. As a manager, you'll be responsible for maintaining and improving our Storage infrastructure, mentoring team members, and guiding the professional and technical development of your team. You'll work closely with engineers and stakeholders to maintain a prioritized backlog and create short-term and long-term goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager
• Previous experience managing Storage and/or Infrastructure teams
• Experience working on teams responsible for maintaining and operating infrastructure at a massive scale
• Technical background and ability to contribute to planning and design discussions
• Experience leading a team of engineers and guiding them through their career development
• Ability to think ahead and build for the future
