Job Description
Lyft is seeking an experienced IT Engineering Manager to lead our critical Network Engineering and Systems Engineering teams. This role is pivotal in building and running the highly scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure that powers Lyft's corporate environment.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, network engineering, or systems engineering
- 3+ years in a direct people management role, with a proven track record of building, developing, and retaining high-performing, inclusive engineering teams
- Broad technical understanding of core infrastructure concepts, including corporate networking (WiFi, switches, servers), and systems engineering (e.g., identity management/Okta, MDM/JAMF, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian)
