Job Description
Lyle Machinery Co. is looking for self-motivated sales people to join their team. The company has been a diversified equipment dealer for over 35 years and has a supportive and balanced culture.
Requirements
- 3 years+ success in an Outside Sales Rep role in construction equipment industry
- Bachelor’s degree in related studies is preferred
- Proven track record of growing the business thru strategic plan execution
- Must be skilled with Microsoft office, including excel
- Must be able to use our operating system (CDK), our CRM, and manufacturer websites
- Ability to multi-task
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
