Job Description
Lyreco is seeking an IT Merchandising Director to lead the technology teams that manage, develop the tools used to manage product and services data. The successful candidate will work directly with the business leader for merchandising and services, collaborating with key business experts and Product Owners to deliver an exceptional service.
Requirements
- Proven ability to coach and develop a high performing team
- +5 years of experience delivering and operating technology, preferable in a merchandising, sales, service, ecommerce or Marketing technology role
- Fluent in English
- Strong balance of technical knowledge and business acumen
- Strong analytical skills with a data driven mindset
