Sales Strategy and Operations Director F/M

We are looking for a talented and ambitious Sales Strategy and Operations Director to join our team in Marly or Brussels. The successful candidate will lead the go-to-market strategy and operations team, develop key sales support systems, and partner with EXCom to set ambitious and achievable goals for sales.

Requirements

• Master's degree
• 20 years of experience in consultancy (McKinsey, BCG) and business
• 10 years of experience working with C-level stakeholders
• 5 years of experience in change management and leading teams
• Experience delivering scaled GTM motions and defining Sales strategy Go-to-market, GTM operations processes
• Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries
• English fluent
