IT Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead our IT operations at our Chandigarh/Mohali office. The ideal candidate will have experience across help desk, networking, databases, and cloud systems, with the ability to manage a team and deliver IT projects from start to finish.

Requirements

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 2–10 IT professionals
• Foster accountability, continuous learning, and a collaborative work environment
• Manage hardware/software troubleshooting, upgrades, and break-fix tasks
• Build, repair, and optimize computer hardware
• Manage and maintain networking equipment, servers, firewalls, and VPNs
• Administer O365 / Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
• Create, manage, and troubleshoot databases (SQL, Access, or similar platforms)
• Run IT projects from planning through execution and delivery
• Enforce cybersecurity best practices and IT policies
• Monitor and respond to security threats
