We are looking for an experienced and hands-on IT Manager to lead our IT operations at our Chandigarh/Mohali office.
Requirements
- 7+ years in IT
- Prior roles such as Help Desk Technician, Desktop Support, Hardware Technician, Level 2 Support Engineer, IT Lead/Senior IT Specialist, Assistant Manager, Senior Lead, or Manager in IT or Help Desk
- Strong hardware build/repair and troubleshooting skills
- Networking knowledge (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs)
- Database experience (SQL, Access, or similar)
- Cloud/SaaS platforms: O365, Active Directory, Google Workspace
- Familiarity with coding/scripting (Python, DAX, or similar)
- Proven track record managing IT teams of 2–10 people
- Ability to mentor, train, and hold teams accountable
- Problem-solver and out-of-the-box thinker
- Data-driven decision-making approach
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Leadership mindset: takes responsibility for team success
