Job Description
M/I Homes is a leading homebuilder seeking a Land Acquisition Manager to coordinate land acquisition for new communities in Southwest Florida. This role involves sourcing land, preparing packages for approval, underwriting projects, and managing contact lists. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or civil engineering.
- 3-5 years’ experience in real estate acquisitions (residential a plus).
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Ability to drive the market and analyze properties.
