Job Description
We are looking for a Specifications Coordinator to assist in the preparation of architectural specifications, review of clients' project drawings, and maintenance of baseline specifications. The ideal candidate is a recent architecture graduate or current student with 1-3 years of architecture experience, or other responsible architecture experience.
Requirements
- Assist in the preparation of architectural specifications
- Review of clients' project drawings and other documents
- Maintenance and improvement of baseline specifications
- Collaboration with architect-clients' design teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications, email and file management tools
- Proficiency with mark-up and comment-tracking applications
- Proficiency with online remote conferencing and team communication tools
