Consumer Loan Documentation Specialist I

As our Consumer Loan Documentation Specialist I, you will prepare consumer loan documents and review closed loan commitments. If you have a keen attention to detail and enjoy working in a collaborative environment – we want to hear from you!

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• One-plus years of loan documentation experience or three-plus years of equivalent experience
• Familiarity with Uniform Commercial Code; Regulations B, C, and Z; RESPA; the Fair Credit Reporting Act; the Flood Disaster Protection Act; and other federal and state regulations related to lending, consumer compliance, and commercial lending policies
• Proficient in Microsoft products, including Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as other job-related programs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
