Consumer Loan Documentation Specialist II

We are seeking a Consumer Loan Documentation Specialist II to prepare loan documents and review closed loan commitments. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, enjoy working in a collaborative environment, and have experience with loan documentation and federal and state regulations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Three-plus years of loan documentation experience or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with federal and state regulations related to lending, consumer compliance, and commercial lending policies
• Proficient in Microsoft products
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
