Job Description
Mackenzie Health is seeking a Program Consultant to provide clinical assessment and treatment recommendations, design and implement behavior intervention programs, and develop training for mediators and community agencies. The consultant will focus on both developmental disabilities and positive sexuality, and possess clinical experience in behavior therapy and understanding of specialized populations.
Requirements
- Undergraduate Degree in Psychology (or equivalent)
- Valid Ontario driver’s license and vehicle
- Ability to travel throughout York Region and/or Simcoe County
- Current clinical experience in behavior therapy
- Knowledge of behavior therapy in developmental disabilities and positive sexuality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates understanding of patient and staff safety policies
