Job Description
This is a temporary, full-time position for a Program Consultant in the Centre for Behaviour Health Sciences, focused on providing clinical assessment and treatment recommendations for acquired brain injury patients. The consultant will develop individualized treatment plans and work with case management and rehabilitation support, ultimately aiming to improve patient quality of life and engagement in the community.
Requirements
- Active registration with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers
- Undergraduate Degree in Social Work and related experience
- Valid Ontario driver’s license
- Vehicle and ability to travel throughout North Simcoe Muskoka
