Job Description
This position is for a Program Lead Consultant for the CBHS (Centre for Behaviour Health Sciences) in London, Ontario, focused on supporting a partnership project with Children’s Aid Society (CAS) in Middlesex County. The role involves providing clinical and training support to the direct service staff, conducting assessments, and designing program content. It requires experience in Applied Behavioural Analysis and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in a related field and registered Behaviour Analyst (BCAP)
- 2 years of experience in Applied Disabilities field, including areas like healthy sexuality, neurodegenerative disorders, and ABA
- Certified in First Aid, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and Crisis Prevention Intervention
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and evidence-based teaching skills
- Proficiency in Windows (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience working with families and teams
- Demonstrated understanding of ABA and data analysis
