Analyst Portfolio Operations

We're currently looking for an Analyst, Operations & Governance, Portfolio Operations Oversight Department, Fund Services. The role involves supporting management by pro-actively facilitating daily operations and supporting the outsourcing relationship to ensure high-quality outcomes are delivered in support of our client groups’ needs in the areas of middle- and back-office processing.

Requirements

• Three to five years’ experience in securities administration, with progressive responsibility
• Post-secondary degree in business/commerce/finance/accounting/technology, professional accounting designation or equivalent
• Completion of the Canadian Securities Course and Derivatives Fundamentals Course is preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft products such as Excel, SharePoint, Access and AI Tools
• Proficiency in any or all of the following programing languages, Python, SQL, VBA is preferred
• Familiarity with professional systems such as Bloomberg, Omgeo, MPower, and SSCNet
• Programming/development and data management skills an asset
• Excellent organizational skills, and the ability to deal with frequent interruptions and tight deadlines
• High attention to detail coupled with proven decision making and problem-solving skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
