Job Description
The Music Education Senior Assistant provides support for ongoing projects and administrative tasks to the Vice President of Music Education, advancing MacPhail’s educational programs. They manage programs, coordinate communications, and support program goals. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in coordinator, administrative, or project management work
- Experience in arts and/or non-profit organizations (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Google Workspace, or project management tools
- Experience with CRM database systems (preferred)
- Experience in music, education, or arts administration (preferred)
