Bid Coordinator

We're looking for a Bid Coordinator to join our Proposals and Commercial team in Loanhead. As Bid Coordinator, you'll manage the end-to-end proposal process for complex engineering projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, compliant bids that win new business and strengthen our customer relationships.

Requirements

• Strong communication and influencing skills and able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines.
• Numerate, detail-oriented, and confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
• A proactive approach and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
