Job Description
Maesa is seeking a Senior Analyst of Supply Chain Finance to join their team. The role will involve supporting critical financial processes, providing insights, and driving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience in CPG operations, inventory, and cost-of-goods-sold (COGS).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 3–6+ years of experience in FP&A, supply chain finance, cost accounting, or related financial analysis roles.
- Strong financial modeling skills (Excel) with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Experience working with COGS, inventory, or supply chain data.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Accounting).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; able to simplify complex analysis for non-finance stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
