Masker (First Shift)

Magellan Aerospace is seeking a Masking Associate to work on the first shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for making sure products are masked and unmasked as per work instruction and customer specification with supervision. The position requires strong math and reading skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well with people.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and in a self-disciplined manner to complete assignments in a timely manner
• Strong work ethic
• Strong math and reading skills
• Ability to relate to and work well with people
• Attention to fine detail and tolerances required
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
