Requirements
- Ability to work independently and in a self-disciplined manner to complete assignments in a timely manner.
- Strong work ethic.
- Strong math and reading skills.
- Ability to relate to and work well with people.
- Attention to fine detail and tolerances required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Able to read and interpret Aerospace blueprint.
- Exhibits good hand to eye coordination.
- Should be able to lift 25lbs multiple times during the work shift.
