We are looking for a Senior Lawyer to join our Corporate/M&A team in Stockholm. You will have the opportunity to restart your career and develop quickly in a constantly moving environment.

Requirements

• You are on the way to take a law degree, or have recently started your career
• You have excellent academic credentials
• You have a special interest in M&A, company law and securities law
• You enjoy working in teams, are solution-oriented, service-oriented and have a strong drive
• You have a good analytical ability and are meticulous
• You have a good command of English in both speech and writing
