We are looking for lawyers with DCM experience to build and lead a growth-oriented capital markets practice. The law firm has an established Nordic and international network and works with clients who require specialist expertise, business acumen and delivery reliability.

Requirements

• law degree from a Swedish university
• 6-7 years of experience from a law firm with a business law focus
• documented experience of capital markets transactions - bond programmes, emissions, prospectus issues and listings
• familiar with working with both issuers and financial advisors
