We are seeking an HR SSC specialist who will provide support to our HR processes and activities, direct employees, coordinate HR tasks, and ensure the smooth operation of the HR SSC on a daily basis.
Requirements
- First point of contact for HR inquiries from employees via various channels
- Responding to employee inquiries, managing requests, and escalating complex cases when necessary
- Updating and processing HR data, creating tickets for corrections or new requests
- Prioritizing received requests and resolving in accordance with standard procedures
- Directing employees to internal rules or external partners
- Collaboration with other SSC team members and participation in process improvement projects
