We are looking for an HR SSC specialist who will provide support to our HR processes and activities, guide employees, coordinate HR tasks, and ensure smooth daily functioning of the HR SSC.
Requirements
- First point of contact for HR inquiries from employees via various channels
- Responding to employee questions, managing requests, and escalating more complex cases when necessary
- Updating and processing HR data, creating tickets for corrections or new requests
- Prioritizing received requests and resolving them in accordance with standard procedures
- Guiding employees to internal policies or external partners
- Collaborating with other SSC team members and participating in process improvement projects
- Ensuring high levels of user support while respecting global HR procedures
