Logistics Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Logistics Supervisor - 2nd Shift. Manage day to day logistics operations, assign jobs to operators, perform daily audits, and ensure outbound shipments ship on time and accurately.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain management, or related field.
• 2 years supervisory experience in automotive industry preferred.
• Ability to manage up to 50 hourly employees and multiple different processes.
• Previous experience in a union environment.
• Must be able to multi-task in a high stress environment.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• SAP or similar ERP system knowledge.
• Must be able to work some weekends.
• Must have a customer service mindset.
• Must be able to work from 1:30pm to 10:30pm with some overtime.
