Job Description
Logistics Supervisor will lead and coordinate daily logistics and distribution activities to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective movement of materials and finished goods.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong SAP usage experience
- Proficient in logistics software applications, databases/ERP/inventory systems MAHLE internal restricted (CL2)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and possess good decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attendance record
- Ability to multi-task and exhibit attention to detail
- Knowledge and experience with SAP preferred
- Root cause analysis and problem-solving skills (5 WHY) desired
