Mains'l is looking for a seasoned HR Professional to lead strategic planning, complex employee relations, and team leadership to shape a person-centered culture where employees thrive, grow, and feel empowered to live their purpose.
Requirements
- Supervise HR staff and manage HR department operations, staff development, and department budgeting
- Oversee the use of HRIS for efficiency and effectiveness within the organization
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior management on Human Resources, organizational development, and workforce planning
- Lead change management initiatives and foster high-performance culture
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals and Mains'l Strategic Plan
- Oversee recruitment strategies and onboarding process that attract and retain top talent
- Lead performance management and succession planning programs
- Monitor trends in engagement, retention, turnover, and workplace development
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies using a continuous research and application of ever-changing rules and legislation
- Serve as a liaison with legal counsel regarding organization wide employee matters
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures
- Oversee the development of competitive compensation and benefits structures
- Ensure agency job descriptions are completed and aligned to conduct regular marketplace benchmarking of role compensation
- Oversee company-wide learning and leadership development programs
- Monitor the effectiveness of training initiates through employee feedback data and recommend changes to programs as needed
- Support belonging and inclusion efforts across the organization, and the committee and consultant level
