We are seeking a Director of Human Resources to oversee and manage all HR operations, providing strategic leadership and direction to ensure the effective administration of HR services within the Alpha network.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years in the HR field (Generalist or above) with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Experience in TK-12 education strongly preferred
- At least 2 years of managing and coaching direct report(s)
- Knowledge of and experience with managing an HR Information System, and/or payroll platforms and benefits systems
- Experience with building out HR programs/projects such as performance management
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and foster a positive work culture
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
