Job Description
Mainspring Energy is seeking a Senior Staff Supplier Quality Engineer to join their growing team. The role focuses on supplier selection, performance monitoring, and process improvements within the supplier audit and qualification process. This involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure compliance, execute new product development plans, and maintain a robust quality management system. The position is remote/hybrid with responsibilities spanning a fast-paced engineering environment.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain trusting relationships with suppliers.
- Assess supplier capability through site visits and audits.
- Participate in APQP, PPAP, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Execute product development and knowledge transition from prototype to volume production.
- Successful launch of complex components and assemblies.
