Job Description
Mainspring Energy is revolutionizing power generation with their novel Linear Generator. They are seeking a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer to refine and execute supplier audits, work with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Operations to improve quality processes, and develop new products. This role requires a highly organized and communicative individual with a strong understanding of quality planning methodologies.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Assess supplier capability and identify potential risks.
- Actively participate in product development teams.
- Implement quality plans based on APQP, PPAP, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Support product development from prototype to mass production.
- Understand and implement manufacturing processes.
- Proficient in mechanical/machined parts and components, special processes, assemblies and test methods.
