Job Description
Mainspring Energy is revolutionizing power generation with its innovative linear generator, offering a flexible and adaptable onsite power solution. They are rapidly expanding and seeking a Staff Supplier Quality Engineer - Mechanical to join their growing team. This role is responsible for supplier selection, performance monitoring, and quality improvements, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline
- 10+ years of Quality Engineering experience in a fast paced and high growth environment (industrial and/or automotive a plus)
- 2+ years of experience in one of these areas: machining, welding, casting, coating (automotive or aerospace quality systems a plus)
- Knowledge and experience with implementing APQP, PPAP and Root Cause Analysis
