MLS is seeking a Manager who will lead cross-functional project management and provide operational support for MLS Productions and the MLS Media department.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of the sports or media industries
- Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment and collaborate across departments within the broader organization
- Exceptional PowerPoint and presentation development skills; proven ability to create executive-level or client-facing materials
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort with data analysis and synthesizing complex information into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities; able to work effectively with senior stakeholders and external partners
- Experience using project management tools (e.g., Asana)
- High-level of commitment to a quality work product and organizational ethics, integrity and compliance
- High attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
