Job Description
Make is a leading visual platform enabling users to design, build, and automate tasks without coding. We are seeking a Senior Business Operations Specialist to join our Business Processes & Systems (BP&S) team, focusing on Customer Experience (CXP) operations. This role will optimize workflows, leverage automation and AI, and contribute to an exceptional customer journey, aligning with company strategy.
Requirements
- Proven proficiency with Make (our own software and integration platform)
- Strong foundational knowledge in automation technologies and concepts
- Curiosity and drive to experiment with new technology and tools, particularly AI
- Prior solutions design and implementation experience in AI projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
