We're looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will execute daily coaching programs, implement strategies to raise conversion rates, and oversee lead quality control.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Sales Coordinator in BPO or Sales Call Center
- Bilingual (Spanish / English) – fluent in speaking and writing (B2 level)
- Proven experience coordinating and motivating sales teams
- Track record in implementing strategies to increase lead-to-sales conversion rates
- Designing quarterly goals (Sales Boulders) and managing high-availability schedules
- Execution of daily training programs based on high-performance methodologies
- Supervision of the client acquisition flow and prospect classification (Lead Scoring)
