Job Description
The New York County District Attorney's Office (DANY), Records Management Unit is seeking a Supervisor of Records to oversee daily operations of Brooklyn Warehouse. This role involves record management, property maintenance, policy enforcement, and ensuring accurate record processing. Reporting to the Director of Records Management, the supervisor will supervise a team of records clerks and conduct audits to maintain record systems.
Requirements
- Supervise a team of records clerks
- Coordinate records and evidence retrieval and distribution
- Prepare records management reports
- Conduct audits to verify record accuracy and retention schedules
- Train staff on records management policies
- Collaborate with internal DANY departments and stakeholders
- Supervise record retrieval from the GRM Document Management Company
- Perform administrative duties as necessary
