Job Description
Manpower is seeking a Business Training Executive to join a leading organization in Malta. The role involves designing and coordinating the annual CPD Business Training Programme, developing and delivering induction training courses, and supporting ongoing and ad-hoc training initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in training, learning, and development within insurance or financial services
- Experience in sales skills training
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Ability to work independently and confidently with minimal guidance
- Collaborative and proactive team player
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Language skills: Maltese (Excellent), English (Excellent), Spanish (Any level is considered an asset)
