We are seeking a motivated Call Center Agent (m/f/d) to provide customer support and assistance in the field of mobile phone services. The role involves answering customer inquiries, clarifying information, handling contracts, and providing information on current offers and technical specifications. This position is part of a dynamic team and offers full training, a home office setting, and flexible working hours.
