Job Description
ManpowerGroup Greece is seeking a German-speaking Customer Care Representative to join a Payments & Transactions project in Athens. The role involves handling customer inquiries via email and chat, providing assistance with transactions and complaints, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The position is on-site, based in Athens.
Requirements
- Native or near-native German speakers with an English Fluency
- Analytical minds with the ability to deal with complex financial inquiries
- Clear Communication Skills
- Tech savvy/Knowledge of MS office tools
- Fast understanding and ease of working with numbers and data
