Job Description
ManpowerGroup Greece is seeking a German-speaking Customer Care Representative for an on-site/morning shift in Athens, Greece. The role involves handling customer inquiries via email and chat, providing payment solutions, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. This position reports to Operations Manager and is within a Payments & Transactions project.
Requirements
- Native or near-native German speakers with an English Fluency
- Analytical minds with the ability to deal with complex financial inquiries
- Clear Communication Skills
- Tech savvy/Knowledge of MS office tools
- Fast understanding and an ease of working with numbers and data
